Corrections matter more than anything else here. If an answer is graded wrong, a reading is mislabeled, a lesson explanation is unclear, or a page does not load, please report it with the lesson or character name so it can be found quickly.

• Corrections and bug reports

  Open an issue at the Kana Lab issue tracker. Include the route, the question, and what you expected.

• Accounts and data

  Practice works without an account, so most people have nothing to recover. If you signed in and want your synced data deleted, say so in an issue and note the email you used.

• Study questions

  Questions about the JLPT itself — registration, dates, fees, or your local test centre — are handled by the exam administrators, not by Kana Lab.
